The property is composed of two Villas, La Pastourelle, where Maria grew up, and Le Balcon Sur La Mer, with a breathtaking view on the sea. The Villas are 150 meters from one another. Fred, her husband, carefully renovated the houses over the past couple of years to give them a modern touch while keeping the charm and magic of the site intact.

The Villas are composed of cozy bedrooms, beautiful kitchens where the cooking courses take place, a painting workshop, a swimming pool, and spacious decks to enjoy the sun and unwind.
