Your booking for the retreat is only confirmed upon payment of the non-refundable deposit of 30% of full price and signature of the contract you will be sent.
The full balance must me paid at the latest two months before the start of the retreat.
No refunds will be allowed in case a participant arrives late or has to leave early.
In the unlikely event that a retreat needs to be canceled (COVID, natural disaster, forest fire, or too few participants), all payments will be refunded (airfare NOT included).
We are very sorry but the villas are not suitable for those unable to climb stairs.
Cancellations
No refunds of deposits or full payments are possible in case of cancellation.
We strongly advise participants to arrange a travel insurance that would cover the balance paid and book “flexible” flight tickets with cancellation options.
We are not responsible for the loss of non-refundable flight tickets.
We do not sell or disclose any of your personal information to any third parties.
