“ I grew up in a family where life revolved around art. The art of creating with your hands and heart, the art of living. Whether it be transforming dough into pies or brioches, turning a white canvas into a starry sky, or a piece of land into a blooming flower garden, I spent my childhood making, tasting, and crafting.
The art of cooking and sharing good food has always been a very important part of my life, I got this from my parents and grandparents. They taught me how to cook healthy meals with fresh and seasonal products. But most importantly I grew up with a great sense of sharing; I can remember long tables of friends and family gathering on the weekends just for the pleasure of being together to enjoy a delicious meal that everyone participated in preparing.
Over time, the family grew, I married Fred who also came from a family of great cooks with Italian and Lyonnaise influences from his mom and dad. We then passed on this heritage and these values to our kids, Elodie and Mathieu, who in turn discovered the pleasure of sharing with others, of creating with their hands and heart.
My parents animated crafting workshops across France, where potters, ceramists, jewelers, painters, weavers passed on their knowledge and expertise. I grew up around these workshops, and quickly discovered the joy and fulfillment of making things with my hands, from different materials, letting my imagination run free in order to create an object, a canvas, a pottery or a jewel… I love learning about different universes, techniques, but also creating together, sharing ideas. ”

“ My grand parents and great grand parents had restaurants, and were pastry chefs and bakers. I was passed on the love for good food and fresh products since I was little kid. I spent a lot of time in the kitchen with my mom and grand parents, preparing delicious dishes, baking pies. I always put a lot of love in the meals I prepare, that is the only way I know how to cook.
I travelled a lot, explored a lot, tasted a lot. But I always come back to my favorite place, Provence. The only place I call home, where I was born, where my roots are. It’s hard to put words on how amazing this region is, you need to see it for yourself, at least once in your life! I know our beautiful region like the back of my hand and I’ll be delighted to make your experience in Provence one to remember by taking you to the secrets spots only locals get to go to as well as preparing you delicious meals everyday !
